3. A2P SMS Messaging Compliance

Reactiv8 Inc. may send you SMS/text messages only if you affirmatively check the optional SMS consent checkbox. Providing a phone number or submitting a form without checking that box does not constitute consent. Using this website does not constitute SMS consent. Messages may include inquiry responses, quote follow-ups, roof-assessment scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates.

• Consent: You provide express written consent only by checking the optional SMS box. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to request a quote. You may also opt in by texting START or YES to our number.

• Costs: Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
